We charge a one time start up fee of $500 plus GST. This initial contract fee includes all costs to get your property rented. There are no hidden fees, no advertisment fees, no additional credit check or application fees passed on to you. We will rent your property out for $500(+GST).


Once an acceptable tenant is placed in the home we charge a monthly management fee of 10% (+GST) of the monthly rental income.
No releaseing fees are charges on exsisting tenant renewals. Should the property become vacant and new tenant is placed, a small $300(+GST) is payable.
